# BoardLogiQ

> BoardLogiQ is board meeting software built for New York State public boards: school districts, BOCES, towns, villages and fire districts. It covers the whole meeting: agenda building, Open Meetings Law notice and posting deadlines, the live meeting, minutes, the policy manual, the searchable archive and a district-branded public portal. ## Product
- Agendas: items submitted by staff email become draft agenda items for the clerk to review; packets are built from the agenda and posted to the public portal.
- Open Meetings Law deadlines: notice (Public Officers Law §104), posting of records (§103(e)), videoconference notice (§103-a) and minutes (§106) are calculated when a meeting is scheduled, each shown with its rule and citation.
- Live meeting: roll call, motions, movers, votes and attendance are captured as they happen; executive session under POL §105 is recorded with its purpose; livestream is included.
- Minutes: drafted from the live meeting log for the clerk to review and accept.
- Policy manual: first and second readings are scheduled onto agendas from the policy, the interval between readings is checked against the board's rules, and each adopted version links to the vote that approved it.
- Search: agendas, minutes, resolutions, policies and attachments, including imported archives.
- Public portal: branded with the district's or municipality's name, seal and colors; residents can view agendas and minutes, subscribe and watch live.
- Board members: iPad app with offline packets, private annotations and a signing queue.
- Policy, livestream and minutes are included, with no add-ons.

## AI for Clerks
- AI features are clerk-only tools and are off until the organization turns them on.
- Capabilities: draft minutes from the live log, plain-language agenda summaries, resolution drafting, questions answered from the record with citations, policy cross-reference checks, and staff email intake.
- Every output is a draft reviewed by staff before use. Customer data is not used to train models.

- Signs New York Education Law §2-d data privacy agreements and provides Parents' Bill of Rights supplemental information.
